1、零部件制造與裝配精度較低，會(huì)影響碎石撒布精度。由于碎石撒布車的料斗、布料滾筒、布料板等多用薄鋼板經(jīng)切割、折彎等工序后再焊接而制成的，焊接變形較大，制造與裝配精度較低。當(dāng)布料滾筒的圓度或圓柱度誤差過大時(shí)，會(huì)導(dǎo)致拋撒碎石料的撒布量不均勻；當(dāng)焊接料門限位塊的位置誤差過大時(shí)，會(huì)造成每個(gè)料門開度不一致，致使碎石撒布量不均勻；當(dāng)布料滾筒的軸線與下料口下沿安裝不平行，也會(huì)使得沿軸線方向的碎石料堆積量不等，當(dāng)布料滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)帶下的碎石流量也會(huì)有差異，致使碎石撒布量不均勻，而影響碎石撒布精度。
