路面冷再生相對于其它養(yǎng)護技術(shù)而言有很多優(yōu)勢。工作在現(xiàn)場完成并且相對較快；每天工作效率一般為雙車道道路一英里(1.6 km) 。道路或街道可保持交通開放，而且可以重新使用銑削下的舊材料做為新道路基層。與其它的路面養(yǎng)護技術(shù)的初始成本比較時，冷再生通常可以大幅度地節(jié)約時間和金錢。
Cold pavement regeneration has many advantages compared to other maintenance technologies.
