(1) Survey and setting out.

測(cè)設(shè)中樁，直線段每20m設(shè)一樁，平曲線段每10m設(shè)一樁，并在兩側(cè)路肩邊緣外設(shè)指示樁，見圖2。在指示樁上用明顯標(biāo)記標(biāo)出水泥土邊緣的虛鋪高度。

Survey and set middle stakes. One stake is set every 20m in straight line section and one stake every 10m in flat curve section, and indicator stakes are set outside the edges of shoulders on both sides, as shown in Figure 2. 原地面、水泥攪拌樁、砂礫換填驗(yàn)收合格后，恢復(fù)中樁和兩側(cè)邊樁，檢測(cè)基底高程，在基底上用石灰線畫出中線、邊線和布土方格(圖3)。根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)虛鋪系數(shù)計(jì)算虛鋪厚度，壓實(shí)厚度按照20cm控制。根據(jù)運(yùn)土車大小，計(jì)算布土方格尺寸。

推土機(jī)粗平后做出標(biāo)高控制點(diǎn)，然后用平地機(jī)精平，整理出路拱和橫坡，見圖4。整平后要及時(shí)檢測(cè)素土的含水量，按比最佳含水量高出2%控制。隨后檢測(cè)土的含水量是否均勻并符合要求，合格后進(jìn)入下道工序。當(dāng)含水量過低時(shí)，采用水車補(bǔ)水調(diào)整。當(dāng)含水量大時(shí)，需翻開晾曬。

Make elevation control points after rough leveling by bulldozer, and then fine level with grader to sort out outlet arch and cross slope, as shown in Figure 4. After leveling, the water content of plain soil shall be detected in time and controlled as 2% higher than the optimal water content. Then, check whether the water content of soil is uniform and meets the requirements, and enter the next process after it is qualified. When the water content is too low, the water truck shall be used for water replenishment adjustment. When the water content is large, open it for drying.

(4)撒布水泥。

(4) Spread cement.

采用粉料撒布車進(jìn)行水泥撒布，見圖5。撒布前需要根據(jù)水泥劑量計(jì)算出每平方米的水泥撒布量，然后只需駕駛員在車輛控制器中輸入每平方米的水泥撒布量和撒布寬度即可。輸入后，車輛控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)計(jì)算出相關(guān)參數(shù)并開始均勻撒布。

The powder spreader is used for cement distribution, as shown in Figure 5. Before spreading, the cement spreading amount per square meter needs to be calculated according to the cement dose, and then the driver only needs to input the cement spreading amount and spreading width per square meter in the vehicle controller. (5)拌和。

水泥撒布完成后采用冷再生拌和機(jī)拌和，見圖6。從兩側(cè)向中間方向進(jìn)行拌和，拌和速度為1~3.3km/h，拌和次數(shù)不少于1次，直到翻拌均勻?yàn)橹埂７柽^程中，應(yīng)安排人隨時(shí)檢查翻拌深度是否滿足要求。翻拌完成后檢查含水量，如果含水量滿足要求，混合料色澤均勻一致，沒有灰條、灰團(tuán)和花面，沒有粗細(xì)顆粒“窩或帶”就算拌和合格。同時(shí)采用EDTA滴定法快速測(cè)定水泥劑量。若水泥量不足，應(yīng)補(bǔ)撒水泥，重新滴定直至水泥劑量滿足大于等于4%的要求，然后重新拌和至符合要求。

After the cement distribution is completed, the cold recycling mixer is used for mixing, as shown in Figure 6. The mixing shall be carried out from both sides to the middle. 拌和過程中，及時(shí)檢查混合料的含水量。含水量宜略大于最佳含水量1~2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。如果混合料的含水量不足，利用灑水車灑水潤(rùn)濕。

During mixing, check the water content of the mixture in time. The water content should be slightly greater than the optimum water content by 1 ~ 2 percentage points. If the water content of the mixture is insufficient, use the sprinkler to wet it.

(6)壓實(shí)。

(6) Compaction.

水泥土拌和均勻后，用壓路機(jī)立即在基面上快速碾壓一遍，以暴露潛在的不平整，見圖7。然后再用平地機(jī)精平一次。每次整平都按照精平要求進(jìn)行。需特別注意接縫處的整平，使接縫順適平整。

After the cement soil is mixed evenly, the road roller shall be used to quickly roll the foundation surface once to expose the potential unevenness, as shown in Figure 7. Then use the grader for fine leveling. Each leveling shall be carried out according to the requirements of fine leveling. Special attention shall be paid to the leveling of joints to make the joints smooth and flat.
