　　冷再生技術(shù)質(zhì)量檢查程序的質(zhì)量體系要結(jié)合工程施工的進(jìn)行順序、進(jìn)展情況及時、有效地開展工作。

　　一、在開工前負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行：
