The cold regeneration process has its applicability and requires road surface diagnosis in the early stage. For situations such as insufficient bearing capacity of the pavement base and excessive deflection value, deep treatment is needed to restore the functionality of the pavement. A simple one layer cold regeneration process cannot fully strengthen the structural layer. （1）原材料試驗(yàn)。施工前，用再生機(jī)在原舊路面上銑刨有代表性的樣品，了解實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)層厚度和材料類型，為試驗(yàn)室配合比設(shè)計提供樣品。選取的銑刨料樣品應(yīng)進(jìn)行下列試驗(yàn)：級配試驗(yàn)、塑性指數(shù)、擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)、含水量。
(1) Raw material testing. Before construction, use a recycling machine to mill representative samples on the original and old road surface, understand the actual structural layer thickness and material type, and provide samples for the laboratory mix design. The selected milling material samples should undergo the following tests: gradation test, plasticity index, compaction test, and moisture content.
施工段落每5公里檢測路面銑刨料的級配、擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)、隨時檢測含水量。根據(jù)擊實(shí)試驗(yàn)所取得的大干密度校核車的水泥撒鋪量。冷再生底基層壓實(shí)度檢測采用200mm罐砂桶檢測，依據(jù)擊實(shí)所得的干密度控制現(xiàn)場壓實(shí)度。

(2) Control of cement dosage. A suitable cement dosage can not only avoid insufficient strength caused by insufficient cement dosage, but also reduce the phenomenon of stress shrinkage cracks in the base layer caused by excessive cement dosage, and extend the service life of the road.
根據(jù)厚度、寬度、水泥劑量計算每平方米撒鋪水泥用量：1m×1m×厚度×干密度×0.97×水泥劑量;
