（一）作業(yè)程序
（1） Operating procedures
1.檢查氣壓表達(dá)到0.45Mpa以上時(shí)（正常值在0.6~0.8Mpa），松開(kāi)停車(chē)制動(dòng)器（手制動(dòng)）。
1. When the air pressure is expressed above 0.45Mpa (normal value is between 0.6 and 0.8Mpa), release the parking brake (hand brake).
2.檢查各儀表達(dá)到規(guī)定示值，各報(bào)警燈熄滅。
2. Check that all instruments reach the specified values and all alarm lights turn off.
3.將變速換檔操縱桿撥至所需位置，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)提速至1800~2000rpm，緩慢推動(dòng)行走驅(qū)動(dòng)手柄，將機(jī)械駛向作業(yè)地點(diǎn)。
3. Move the shift control lever to the desired position, increase the engine speed to 1800~2000rpm, slowly push the walking drive handle, and drive the machine towards the work site.
4.拉出前保險(xiǎn)杠上示寬指示桿。

5.將變速操縱桿置低速檔，緩慢搬動(dòng)拌和轉(zhuǎn)子驅(qū)動(dòng)手柄，使轉(zhuǎn)子達(dá)到工作轉(zhuǎn)速。

6.操縱大臂升降手柄，將拌和轉(zhuǎn)子下降到要求的拌和深度。

7.操縱尾門(mén)操縱手柄，調(diào)整尾門(mén)開(kāi)啟度至適當(dāng)位置。

（二）安全規(guī)程
（2） Safety regulations
1.制動(dòng)氣壓低于0.45Mpa時(shí)，禁止松開(kāi)手制動(dòng)進(jìn)入作業(yè)狀態(tài)。
When the brake pressure is lower than 0.45Mpa, it is prohibited to release the hand brake and enter the operating state.
2.正常行駛用高速檔，作業(yè)、大坡度爬坡或不平路行駛時(shí)，應(yīng)用低速檔。

3.在較長(zhǎng)距離行駛時(shí)，拌和轉(zhuǎn)子大臂應(yīng)提至高位，并用銷(xiāo)軸鎖住。

4.換檔變速應(yīng)停車(chē)進(jìn)行。在小范圍變速時(shí)，可用行走液壓手柄操縱。

5.嚴(yán)禁不旋轉(zhuǎn)拌和轉(zhuǎn)子入土。

9.應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢查拌刀磨損情況，及時(shí)更換缺損拌刀，嚴(yán)禁缺刀作業(yè)。
9. The wear of the mixing knife should be checked at any time, and the missing mixing knife should be replaced in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to operate without a knife.
10.機(jī)械作業(yè)中，禁止人員上下，禁止檢修作業(yè)。
