冷再生機(jī)對于施工有什么要求？

1、乳化瀝青再生與泡沫瀝青再生壓實(shí)度
1, emulsified asphalt regeneration and foam asphalt regeneration compaction degree
高速公路與一級公路的乳化瀝青再生壓實(shí)度需要達(dá)到90%以上，泡沫瀝青再生壓實(shí)度需要達(dá)到98%以上；二級及二級以下公路，乳化瀝青再生壓實(shí)度需達(dá)到88%以上，泡沫瀝青再生壓實(shí)度需要達(dá)到97%以上。每車道每公里檢查兩次。

發(fā)現(xiàn)瀝青含量礦料級配異常時應(yīng)隨時檢驗，檢驗方法為油提篩分。

4、凍融劈裂強(qiáng)度比

凍融劈裂強(qiáng)度比應(yīng)大于70%,每三個工作日檢查一次。

5、其他檢查項目

殘留穩(wěn)定度，干濕劈裂強(qiáng)度比，馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度，15℃劈裂強(qiáng)度等，需要每工作日檢查一次，符合設(shè)計要求。
Residual stability, dry wet splitting strength ratio, Marshall stability, 15 ℃ splitting strength, etc. need to be checked every working day to meet the design requirements.
