泡沫瀝青就地冷再生技術(shù)特點(diǎn)

泡沫瀝青又叫膨脹瀝青，是將一定的常溫冷水注入熱瀝青，使其發(fā)生膨脹，形成大量的瀝青泡沫，經(jīng)過很短的時(shí)間，瀝青泡沫破裂。

當(dāng)泡沫瀝青與集料接觸時(shí)，瀝青泡沫間化為數(shù)以萬計(jì)的“小顆粒”，散布于細(xì)集料的表面，形成黏有大量瀝青的細(xì)料填縫料，經(jīng)過拌合壓實(shí)，這些細(xì)料能填充于粗料之間的空隙，并形成類似砂漿的作用，使混合料達(dá)到穩(wěn)定。

為了使發(fā)泡瀝青與常溫濕集料拌合充分，膨脹率越大越好，半衰期則越長越好，以便發(fā)泡瀝青與集料有較長時(shí)間進(jìn)行拌和，提高發(fā)泡瀝青混合料的質(zhì)量。評價(jià)瀝青發(fā)泡效果時(shí)，膨脹率和半衰期是兩個(gè)密不可分的指標(biāo)，最好的發(fā)泡效果應(yīng)使兩個(gè)值均比較大，而不能單獨(dú)采用一個(gè)指標(biāo)來控制。建議發(fā)泡瀝青的膨脹率≥10 倍，半衰期≥8s。
