1、設(shè)計方面的建議：

1. Design recommendations:

1）、泡沫瀝青再生結(jié)構(gòu)層的功能范圍：可利用舊路面的全部瀝青層材料用作路面的上基層（或下面層）結(jié)構(gòu)；也可利用舊路面的瀝青層及原水穩(wěn)基層混合再生形成新的柔性基層。

3）、泡沫瀝青結(jié)構(gòu)層的厚度：泡沫瀝青再生結(jié)構(gòu)層具備相應結(jié)構(gòu)的強度，根據(jù)工程實際使用情況，建議廠拌泡沫瀝青冷再生設(shè)計厚度不小于10cm為宜。

2、施工方面

2. Construction aspect

1）、瀝青材料的控制：應采用配合比設(shè)計階段取樣選用及施工前取樣檢測的方法，確保瀝青性能滿足泡沫瀝青的使用要求。

1) control of Bituminous Materials: the sampling method in the mix design stage and the sampling inspection before construction should be adopted to ensure that the performance of the asphalt meets the requirements of the foamed asphalt.

2）、新添材料的控制：為改善泡沫瀝青的級配，提高結(jié)構(gòu)層抵抗變形的性能，泡沫瀝青混合料中一般應新添百分之10-百分之20碎石材料。如有兩種及以上的新添材料，應采用連續(xù)式計量設(shè)備進行配料，以確保材料摻配的均勻性。

2) control of newly added materials: in order to improve the gradation of foamed asphalt and improve the performance of resisting deformation of the structural layer, 10- twenty percent gravel material should generally be added to the foamed asphalt mixture. If there are two or more new materials, continuous metering equipment shall be used for batching to ensure the uniformity of material mixing.

3）、混合料的離析現(xiàn)象：應從混合料出料到攤鋪環(huán)節(jié)采取措施避免混合料的離析現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生。
