冷再生機的常用施工方案！

根據(jù)原有道路結(jié)構(gòu)和新設計方案的不同， 就地冷再生可以組合出多種施工方案！其實各種施工方案的工作原理都是一樣， 區(qū)別是摻入材料的不同，加入的方法也有所不同。以水泥為添加料對瀝青路面進行就地冷再生是常用的一種方案。

在利用水泥進行就地冷再生時，外加料主要是水泥，水泥的通常用量按重量計在2%-5%之間比較合適。如果水泥的用量過多，容易使再生層變脆。同時還要加入適量的水。
When cement is used for in-situ cold recycling, the main additive is cement, and the normal amount of cement is 2% - 5% by weight. If the amount of cement is too much, it is easy to make the regeneration layer brittle. At the same time, add appropriate amount of water.
水泥的加入方法有兩種，一種是利用人工或?qū)Ｓ脵C械將水泥預先撒布在需要再生的路面上。這時水的加入方法，是通過冷再生機上所配備的微機控制系統(tǒng)從跟班作業(yè)的運水車內(nèi)輸送到冷再生機的拌和倉中。

這種方法的優(yōu)點就是在控制用量方面非常方便。因為在施工中冷再生機要分幾個工作行程才能完成一個作業(yè)段內(nèi)整幅路面的銑刨，而再生層的碾壓要等到整個作業(yè)段全部施工工序完成之后才能進行，這就形成先銑刨的路面和后銑刨的路面到碾壓時所等待的時間間隔相差很多。
The advantage of this method is that it is very convenient to control the dosage. Because in the construction, the cold recycling machine needs to divide several working trips to complete the milling of the whole pavement in an operation section, and the rolling of the regeneration layer can only be carried out after the completion of all construction procedures in the whole operation section, which results in a lot of differences in the waiting time between the first milled pavement and the later milled pavement.
